The agreed shipping arrangements between Official Forwarder and the individual exhibitor will ensure that exhibits and all related articles arrive at the Exhibition Centre well in advance of the exhibition date to provide for customs clearance, transportation and unpacking procedures.

Overseas exhibitors or authorised agents should apply for full information on forwarding procedures, official forwarders will send individual Exhibition Transport Guidelines to exhibitors.

Exhibitors are reminded that in the interests of security and efficiency, Official forwarder is EXCLUSIVELY responsible for the handling of goods and exhibition materials into and out of the Exhibition Centre.

*All exhibits should be consigned to the Official Forwarders. Please do not consign shipment to Informa Markets Office or the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
